Who we are

This website is operated by First FMCG (the “Site”). Our website address is: https://firstfmcg.com.
The Meta app integrated with this Site is “n8n FMCG Hub” (the “App”).

1) What personal data we collect and why

1.1 Data collected via the Site

  • Comments. When visitors leave comments, we collect the data shown in the form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user-agent to help spam detection. An anonymized string (hash) of your email may be sent to Gravatar to check if you use it. See Gravatar’s privacy policy: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval, your profile picture is public with your comment.
  • Media. If you upload images, avoid EXIF GPS data; visitors may download and extract location data.
  • Cookies.
    • If you leave a comment, you may opt-in to saving your name, email and website in cookies (1 year).
    • A temporary cookie checks whether your browser accepts cookies when you visit the login page (deleted when you close the browser).
    • Login cookies last 2 days; screen-options cookies last 1 year. If you select “Remember Me”, login persists for 2 weeks. Logging out removes login cookies.
    • If you edit/publish an article, an additional cookie stores the post ID (expires after 1 day).
  • Embedded content. Articles may include embedded content (videos, images, etc.) from other websites which may collect data, use cookies, and track your interaction with that content.

1.2 Data collected via Meta Products & APIs (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp)

When you interact with our App, pages, or bots, we may receive—through Meta APIs/Webhooks—only what is needed to provide the requested features:

  • Identifiers & profile info: app-scoped user/page IDs, name, profile photo, and email if you provide it.
  • Messaging & events: message content and attachments only when you initiate or participate in a conversation with our connected page/bot; delivery/read statuses; subscription/unsubscription events; support tickets; automation triggers.
  • WhatsApp Business: your phone number, conversation metadata (timestamps, statuses), and message content you send to our number.
  • Technical logs: server timestamps, request metadata, error codes (no precise geolocation).

We do not collect sensitive categories unless you voluntarily provide them in a message, and we do not use your Meta data for advertising or profiling outside the service you requested.


2) How we use your data

  • To deliver App and Site features (automation flows, bot replies, inbox processing, analytics of message volumes).
  • To provide support, troubleshoot, and protect against abuse.
  • To comply with Meta platform policies and applicable laws.

Legal bases (GDPR, where applicable): your consent; performance of a contract/steps at your request; our legitimate interests to operate and secure our services.


3) Who we share your data with

We do not sell personal data. Access is limited to processors necessary to run the services, under data-processing agreements and confidentiality:

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers;
  • Workflow/automation runtime (e.g., n8n) used solely to execute your requested automations;
  • Email and ticketing providers for support;
  • Analytics and security tools (spam and abuse prevention).
    We may disclose data if required by law or to defend legal claims.

4) How long we retain your data

  • Site comments: kept indefinitely to recognize and auto-approve follow-up comments.
  • Registered users (if any): we store the personal information in their profile; users can see, edit, or delete their info at any time (username cannot be changed).
  • Meta/App data: retained no longer than necessary, typically up to 90 days after the conversation or integration becomes inactive, or earlier upon your deletion request (see §7).
  • Technical logs: typically up to 90 days, unless needed longer for security or legal reasons.

5) Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, rectification, portability, restriction, objection, or erasure of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.

6) If you request a password reset

Your IP address will be included in the reset email.


7) How to delete your data (Meta / Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp) <a id=”meta-deletion”></a>

To delete data collected by the n8n FMCG Hub App, send an email to info@firstfmcg.com with the subject:
“Delete my Meta data (n8n FMCG Hub)”
and include your profile/page link or app-scoped ID (or your WhatsApp number used in the chat). We will delete the data and confirm within 30 days unless we must keep certain records to comply with law.


8) Children’s privacy

Our services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.


9) Where your data is sent

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam-detection service. Messages sent via Meta products are processed on our secure servers and by our processors solely to deliver the requested features.


10) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL, with the “Last updated” date at the top.
